For your food truck/van/trailer to be involved with Deaf festival 2023, you must first fill out an Expression form. Deaf festival committee will determine successful applications based on specific criteria to ensure the offering to event attendees is diverse, affordable, sustainable, caters to all tastes and dietary requirements including vegetarian/vegan, gluten free and dairy free options, and is in line with Deaf Festival’s organisational values.

Operating at Deaf Festival events is highly desirable for most vendors and unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate all requests, so please take the time to tell us about your best assets.

The bar at Deaf Festival are on a tendered contract, so we do not require any EOIs for alcohol vendors. 

Deaf festival will be held across two days 

Saturday 9th September 2023 - from 9am to 6pm

Sunday 10th September 2023 - from 9am to 2pm 

Limited successful vendor will be permitted to stay from 6pm to 8pm to cater food at Deaf Pub. 

Successful applications may be offered a position at one or both days.
